COOP bridges the underemployment gap by empowering diverse, low-income, and first-generation graduates from urban public colleges. COOP flagship program, the Digital Apprenticeship, brings together motivated grads in 16-week cohorts to learn technical skills, build a supportive community, and kickstart careers in digital marketing, data analytics, and business development.

Led by “near-peer” COOP alumni, their cohorts receive guidance from industry professionals while connecting employers with diverse talent. With over 300 cohorts and almost 4,000 alumni since 2014, they’re on track to reach 10,000 in the first decade.
